1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ALFHA Flooring website and utilizing our flooring installation, refinishing, or repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site and our services.
2. Services and Material Variations
Hardwood and natural stone are products of nature and are subject to inherent variations in color, grain pattern, and texture. ALFHA Flooring cannot guarantee that the final installed product will perfectly match small physical samples or digital photographs due to these natural characteristics and screen calibration differences.
3. Estimates and Payments
All project estimates provided are valid for 30 days. A deposit is required to secure scheduling and order materials. Final payment is due immediately upon project completion. Unpaid balances may be subject to legal action and mechanics' liens under state law.
4. Limitation of Liability
ALFHA Flooring shall not be held liable for pre-existing structural issues, subfloor damage, or moisture problems discovered during installation. Any additional work required to correct such issues will be billed separately upon client approval.
5. Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on our installations. This warranty covers installation defects but does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, water damage, structural shifting, or normal wear and tear.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, branding, and imagery on this website are the property of ALFHA Flooring. The website's underlying code, architecture, and structural design are the intellectual property of BlackSheep Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or cloning of this platform is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal suits, actions, or proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
